Amigos Meat Market is a family-owned business founded by the Polanco brothers, who came from New Jersey with a dream of bringing their community together through quality food and great service. Since opening in 2000, Amigos has become one of Tampa’s most traditional Hispanic markets — a place everyone knows and loves.
Originally known as Amigos One Stop Market, the store later became Amigos Meat Market, highlighting what makes it truly special — its fresh, high-quality meats. The butcher shop has always been the heart of the market, offering weekly meat specials and the cuts our customers love most.
Though the store is small and cozy, it’s full of tradition, warmth, and community spirit. Here, you’ll always be welcomed like family — because at Amigos Meat Market, everyone belongs.
